Hi, I keep getting my downloads broken and don't know why or how to reestablish the download without starting from the beginning again. Can anybody help?

Hello John,
First you have to look in the Segments tab panel for the reason causing the broken state (errors are in red ink). Next you can look at the "Resume" table column if the server supports resuming. If not you will not be able to resume that particular download which is an intention of the server owner. The only hope in such situation is to find a mirror server for the same file.
