So i tried iGetter. I pasted the rapidshare link, and a download startet. But then it finished end a file appeared with a size of 30kb. The original file i wanted to download was about 20mb.

You will find the answer to your question on the FAQs page of rapidshare.com. They allow downloading with download managers only to their premium users. To do so paid users should enable direct downloads option at their premium zone options panel and set in iGetter (Preferences, Advanced panel) the provided ReferrerString text.

You may see what error RS has returned for your particular 30kb file if you add an ".html" extension to it and then open it in Safari for example.
