Whilst reviewing my applications in preparation to move to a new Mac desktop, I noticed there are 4 versions of iGetter in my Apps folder: v2.6, 2.6.1, 2.7 and 2.7.5. Will uninstalling from the 2.6 folder remove later versions? Running Mac OS 10.5.8

If you want to uninstall the iGetter components with the provided uninstaller, just use the latest one (v2.7.5).
You can do the same if you write "iGetter" in the search box of any Finder window (include "System Files" in the search options on Leopard and up) and delete whatever you find or you can manually remove the following files:
<Home>/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/iGetter Plugin
<Home>/Library/InputManagers/iGetterIMBundle
<Home>/Library/Contextual Menu Items/iGetterCMPlugIn
<Home>/Library/Preferences/iGetter
<Home>/Library/Application Support/iGetter
You can move the last two folders to your new Mac to preserve all preferences as well as downloads and history lists.
