Hello Mike,
You can try to turn off, confirm, then turn on the following two options: "Add Contextual menu support for Internet browsers" and "Integrate with Internet browsers" at iGetter preferences, Integration panel.

Hello Mike,
It simply means that you need to turn these options off, then close the preferences dialog and finally open the preferences again and turn these option back on. This will cause reinstallation of the following components:
<Home folder>/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/iGetter Plugin
<Home folder>/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/iGetterBundle
<Home folder>/Library/InputManagers/iGetterIMBundle
<Home folder>/Library/Contextual Menu Items/iGetterCMPlugIn

Last two may not present depending on your Mac OS X and iGetter versions.

Finally, run Safari and look at menu Help -> Installed Plug-Ins page if iGetter plugin is listed there.

On some web pages the contextual menu command may not appear and in such cases you have to run iGetter first and then try to use the CM command.
