error 10060

I am attempting to download from a site and receive a Network error: 10060. I also am able to download your trial page without a problem. I attempted to ping the site and also does not work. Is the error with the site and not with me or the program?
Thank you, the site is telling me the issue is on my end, which I do not believe is correct.

Hello Irma,
Network error: 10060, means "Connection timed out". It simply means that there is no response from the server. If you can't ping it or if the traceroute here: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/visual-tracert/ can't find the server, then you have to check your Firewall, then your Proxy settings at iGetter options, Proxy panel (if you use a proxy) and finally contact your ISP about the problem.
