I am the same person who asked for help on 9/21/10 below. I will add to it so that someone can help: The error code says the following, "Unable to determine file format. The file "name of file .rar" does not appear to be compressed or encoded. It is advised that you obtain further information about the content of this file from the sender or provider of the file." Again, the same file downloads fine using Foxfire and is complete. Files downloaded from other sources, such as Megaupload, download with iGetter just fine. Please shed some life on the issue.

Hello,

If the sizes of the files downloaded with iGetter are <4KB, then most probably these files are just "HTML" pages with some error messages.

Please, look at this thread for a possible solution of your problem: http://www.presenta.net/forums/showthread.php3?threadid=1278

Thanks,
