I configure iGetter to close itself in advanced options for the tool "Close computer.."

But I need to activate the tool on every start !!!

Is there a way to activate it one for all ???

I use iGetter with Google Chrome (because of it very bad download manager).

iGetter autostart but I want it autoclose everytime.

If there is no way, can it be integrate in next update ?

It's the only thing that disturb me with this great soft.

Thanks.

dadaz,
Indeed, the iGetter "Shut down computer when done" Tools menu function should save its state at iGetter restart, but it doesn't. This is because if that function's state is saved someone's machine may shutdown or go to sleep just because he/she used iGetter to download some file.

In v2.8.5 we added the "Quit iGetter" substitution option for the "Shut down computer when done" function due to users demand (mainly when turn off computer option is set in the schedule options).

When iGetter is in idle mode it consumes 0% CPU and really small amount of memory (i.e. 11.7 MB). Why is so important for you to quit iGetter after each download?

Thanks,

It's silly but it just take some place in my dock ;o)

It's not a problem with CPU or memory.

It could be great instead to have a menu icon a can hide dock icon.

Thanks.

dadaz,
That's a good reason. So I added a note in the iGetter To Do list, that iGetter may just save the "Shut Down When Done" state when substitution option is set to "Quit iGetter".

Thanks,
