Error -9816 and files cannot start downloading?

A couple of days ago my files wouldnt connect to start downloading at first I thought it was a problem with my rapidshare, however as I've seen here, it seems like it may be a problem with igetter?

It says the error is -9816, not sure what that is, could you help?

The error seems to be of the group of SSL errors and if so it means "Server closed session with no notification".
