Can anyone explain how to do a batch download? If for example I have 20 hot file links I want to download, I'm having hard time of copying and pasting each one, there must be a way to tell iGetter to download all 20 in one go?

Each time I try to set this up, I get an 'invalid url' error.

i try to do a EDIT-paste directly
but its downloading all the links as just links not the file

if i do one by one using NEW its works fine

Any ideas please ??

thanks

The message "Invalid URL" may appear if the download URL that you paste doesn't start with "http://", "ftp://", "https://" or "ftps://".

We don't have a premium hotfile account, but you may try this:

1. First enter the following site with your user info in iGetter preferences, Site Manager panel (notice the point before hotfile.com):

http://.hotfile.com/

2. If your hotfile premium area has an Options panel turn on the direct downloads option (i.e rapidshare.com has such option).
3. In iGetter verify that these options are ON: "Save redirected URLs" (at iGetter preferences, Advanced panel) and "Send cookies from browser" (at iGetter preferences, Integration panel).
4. Use only your default browser when you download from hotfile. You can set it at Safari preferences, General Panel -> "Default Web browser". Here you can choose Firefox for example if you use it instead of Safari. Then login once to hotfile and don't log out (you may close the browser).
5. When you add a hotfile link use the "Download (all/selection) with iGetter" contextual menu command or click on the link and wait for iGetter to intercept the download. These two functions support session cookies.
6. Install the FlashGot add-on in Firefox and then just click on a hotfile.com link. When the Firefox save dialog appears choose iGetter to download the file with iGetter.
