downloads repeating

the software is downloading fine, however when the download finishes it automatically starts downloading a new copy, and then keeps repeating the download
what do i do?

Indeed, on some sites (i.e. devontechnologies.com) there is a loopback problem when using Chrome and iGetter. The download page starts a new download until you push the Esc key (to stop browser's page reloading) or as a last resort you can close your browser. Safari and Firefox worked fine with all problematic sites reported by other users. We will try to find a workaround for the Chrome browser and those particular sites.

In the meantime, you can turn off "Integrate with Internet browsers" Tools menu option and use other methods to add downloads to iGetter (i.e. contextual menu commands, drag and drop, etc.). You can also try Firefox (http://getfirefox.com/) with the FlashGot add-on (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashgot/).
