How do we configure iGetter for ryushare? I have a premium account. I've entered http://ryushare.com (and a few alternatives) into the site manager pref panel, along with my name/password.

Links posted for ryushare take you to their page, which has another button to create a download link. For example, here's what you'll find posted to a public site:

http://ryushare.com/4d65e34792ce/20_c7330_1280x720.part2.rar

Go to that page, you'll find a page that says "Create Download Link." Clicking this turns into a new button that says "Click here to download" this is now a new (temp) link:

Does iGetter support ryushare, and if so how do we configure it so I can use the original link (and now have to generate the dl link manually)?

It seems that your question is not if iGetter will download the generated download link (the second one, which works), but how to start the first link directly in iGetter (which is just a link to ryushare site). Only ryushare can answer that question, but with some tests this can be easily determined.

Without a paid account the first link always returns a web page. We followed the link generation procedure to obtain a real download link. Then, while downloading the test file we didn't receive any errors with iGetter even without a paid ryushare account (each connection was limited to 35 KB/s).

With a paid account this may differ and usual recommendations apply here:

1. Using your default browser login to ryushare.com. Don't log out from the site or close the the browser.

2. If your ryushare premium area has an Options panel turn on the direct downloads option (i.e ryushare.com has such option).

3. Add links through some of the iGetter contextual menu commands available in your browser (i.e. "Download (selection) with iGetter").

4. If iGetter still can't download from ryushare enter the following site with your user info at iGetter preferences, Site Manager panel (notice the point before ryushare.com):

http://.ryushare.com/
