Well there is one site Im trying to download from and I was wondering if there was away I can just enter a username and pass for the site that would work because the downloads are each under many different sub directories and I don't feel like having to enter a user name or password for all of them.

The site for instance has downloads like

http://members.site.com/download/video.mp4

And another one would look like
http://members.site.som/download2/video.mp4

How can I get one login to be set up for the site. Thanks in advance.

You can enter your username and password for a specific site at iGetter preferences, Site Manager panel. You could enter the site as "http://.server.com/" (without quotes). This will include any subdomain and subfolder of server.com.
