Since installing Firefox 29.0.1, I'm getting this message every time I try to right-click and download something with iGetter:

iGetterComponent error: window._content is undefined

I've tried disabling the add-on, then re-enabling it, but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

You need to allow iGetter plugins. To do so, you can type about:addons, then select "Plugins" panel and select "Always Activate" for the two iGetter Plugins listed there. As an alternative you may turn off iGetter integration with browsers and install the FlashGot add-on which could easily send downloads to iGetter:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/220/ .

Would you please, make a screenshot with the available options for the iGetter Plugin and send it to

As our first answer states, you can install the FlashGot add-on (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/220/) which could easily send downloads to iGetter:
