Hello I have been having troubles with igetter Download All Option. For some reason with the latest update it only wants to work when the app is closed.

You can send a bug report using our contact form http://www.igetter.net/contactus.html. Please, specify:
1. Your browser version.
2. Exact steps to reproduce the problem with a site for testing.

Also, make sure that you have only one version of iGetter installed and remove redundant copies.

Thanks,
iGetter Support

Ah yes, I just posted elsewhere about iGetter rightclick not working in Chrome, then just read this post. I tried quitting iGetter and then using the rightclick "Download with iGetter..." and it worked - not only opened iGetter and passed the URL but it downloaded (ie cookie was read properly) ! As the man said, only when iGetter is not running, else it doesn't work :(

We tested iGetter 2.9.3 integration with latest Chrome version (also with Chromium v41) and iGetter CM commands work without any issues both with iGetter started or not.

You can try the following:
1. Remove all redundant copies of iGetter and leave only the latest version in your Applications folder.
2. Restart your machine, but make sure that you turn off "Reopen windows when logging back in" option on the restart alert.
3. When machine restarts, first start iGetter app and make sure that both "Integrate with Internet browsers" and "Add Contextual menu support for Internet browsers" options are ON, at iGetter preferences, Integration panel.
4. Finally, you can start Chrome and test iGetter CM commands.

Note that if you have installed iGetter extension for Chrome manually, it will not be updated by iGetter.

If the problem persists, please contact us using the contact form here http://www.igetter.net/contactus.html.
