I really like iGetter. It's a true Mac application - easy interface, easy to use, stable, looking cool ;)

But some suggestions for the next version:
in general:
- the columns are not sortable
- the column position are not exchangeable
- the columns do not remember resizing at restart
- no button for cleaning up finished downloads at runtime
- multiple selections in list is not supported
- marking all files in list through Apple+A is not supported
- transfer details should shrink main window up, otherwise it opens out of sight if main window is maximized already

two monitor support:
- the window does not remember its position at restart (second monitor)
- the popup info lines are stretched over both screens (second monitor)
see what I mean at <http://homepage.mac.com/thkohn/.Pictures/JPG/screen.jpg>

wishes:
- Installer choice to install context menu support / clip capture extension or application only
- in the NewURL window getting the filename out of the URL would be cool
- in the NewURL window changing the default to download now (or make it customizable through the preferences) would be cool either

bugs?!?:
Could it be that some preferences are stored in the internet preferences of MacOS? I regularly replace the internet preferences by an backuped (clean) version, because IE4 is storing it's data there and sometimes keeps crashing if something is wrong in the internet preferences. It seems that iGetter loses some preferences if I do so?!?

Looking forward to the next release !

PS: Sorry 'bout my english ;)

I agree with most of Tom's suggestions, but most important:

Multiple selection!!! (Command+A) to delete everything at once e.g.)

Otherwise brilliant, since I got to know getRight for windows a few years ago, I've been looking for the same for mac ever since. iGetter totally beats everything else I've seen. GREAT!

Suggestions

I've been using iGetter for a while and think that it is a great piece of software. However I would like to make some suggestions:
- Multiple selection in the window is fundamental.
- More choices in the button bar:
- A button for delete and clear
- Capability for sorting out the different downloads in the queue.

Other than that, I think that the program is great.
