The temporary icons if iGetter doesn't seem to update correctly for me, and when the download is finished the file still has an iGetter icon. It doesn't change to a StuffIt icon.

Why?

Hello Martin,
iGetter uses the OS X Window Manager to refresh the file icons in progress. It seems that in some cases when the Window manager is loaded with much tasks it doesn't refresh the Finder icons properly. However, if a download is finished iGetter automatically changes its creator which is enough to open this file with the proper program (for example StuffIt Expander).

Hello Martin,
MacOS has a problem only with refreshing the iGetter file icons placed on the Desktop. This is not a problem for any other folder in the Finder.
