First of all, well done for an excellent program.

At home my internet connection is via the 56k modem in a Snow Airport. I am using OS 10.1.5 (but intend upgrading to Jaguar soon). The 'redial' and 'disconnect when finished' options don't seem to work when dialing through the Airport. Is there a work-around to this?

Thanks

Steve

Hello Steve,
iGetter uses the OS X internal functions to find which interface port is up. Because the Airport connection to your base station is up it will not try to reconnect the modem. The situation is similar if you have an Ethernet connection to the Internet.

Your configuration is a good idea to include such remote redial support in the future versions of iGetter, if this is possible.

Thanks for such a quick response. It was never a big deal not being able to redial and my Airport times-out after 2 minutes anyway so the disconect function was a luxury anyway.
