I can't seem to get a file transfer finished. iGetter logs in successfully, does a successful PORT command, and starts downloading. On my local machine, the file is started, and then iGetter says:

REST 1
350 Restarting at ddddddddddd Virtual FTP server
REST 0
350 Restarting at ddddddddddd Virtual FTP server
RETR <filename>
QUIT

This repeats forever, and I've never gotten more than the first 4K of a file yet. When I went to the Help menu, the Help came up, but it didn't work---clicking on any of the links on the left simply changed them from blue to green, but the corresponding page didn't appear on the right.

Mac OSX 10.2.2
733MHz G4
394MB RAM

Any healp would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hello Dave,
You can look at this thread:
http://www.igetter.net/forums/showthread.php3?threadid=197

Regarding the Help this may occur if you start iGetter from the dmg. You must copy the iGetter folder from the dmg image to your Applications folder. If this is not your case you can use the iGetter uninstaller to uninstall any old Help. Then you can just start iGetter and it will install its new components.
