Every time I quit igetter, the passwords aren't saved.
The 'server name' and 'user name' info are kept.
the downloads work after I put the password in.
I've used igetter for a long time (and recently paid the shareware fee), and this never used to happen.

Any ideas?

Hello,
We still investigate the reported problem with saving of the LogIn preferences. On our machines iGetter works fine.

Because the problem is related to passwords we will be grateful if you write us on igettersupport(at)presenta.net how many sites you have in the LogIn prefs and how many characters are your passwords (the shortest and the longest one). Our suggestion is to try to enter only one server/path with user name and password and then look if its password is saved after a restart of iGetter.

Regards,
iGetter Support

Hello,
Now I only have one Url in the http/ftp authentication preferences.
The Username is 7 characters,
The Password is 6 characters.
It still isn't storing the password after I quit iGetter.

I'm running OS X 10.2.5

What do you think?

Thanks

Hello,
We already fixed a bug with saving of the Log In preferences. The fix is included in the forthcoming v1.9.5 that we plan to release this week.
