First, I just want to say that this is a very nice app. I found it on CNet yesterday, and I was just bubbling at how well it worked and integrated with everything.

Anyhow, my suggestion:
I'm not sure if this is already in there and I couldn't find it or what, but one feature that would be handy would be to resume downloads from browsers. For example, say I started to download a 100 MB file in iCab. I get kicked off, and iCab forgets I've downloaded any of the file and wants to start over. So I pop into iGetter and choose "Recover lost download." But frustratingly, this feature only seems to work on files with "iGET" as the creator. Sure, I can go into ResEdit and change it, but it would be really nice (and probably easy to implement) to have iGetter just go, "Ah, an interrupted iCab download. That could be what he wants recovered."
