If you encounter a download whos server doesn't support resumable downloads, is there anyway to make it so that the download automatically restarts?

Usually all that happens is the server error window pops up, and it keeps trying to reconnect. Is there any way to just get it to restart on its own?

Thank You

Hello,
The restart/resume dialog appears when the resumption of a download is failing because the server has returned a different size or date attribute from these returned at the beginning. You can set on the "Don't open restart/resume dialog" option in the Other iGetter preferences. Now, instead of this dialog your download will be set to a paused state. Then you can use the "Restart Download..." function from the menu Edit.

Ordinary when a download is not resumable every attempt for resuming (pushing the pause and then play button) will start the download from the beginning. It seems that this is not your case.
