Sometimes there is nothing to drag over to the iGetter to download, so the download just comes down unprotected, in Mac's Safari.

What can I do?

For instance, right now at "phase one, Capture one SE" I don't know how to get this into iGetter. So, it is downloading on it's own in "downloads" in Safari.

Thank you for your prompt consideration and response.

Cheers

If the download file is a .dmg, the problem is with Safari which, for some reason, refuses to pass .dmg downloads to any download manager. If the download is anything other than a .dmg check it iGetter preferences (the hammer icon) > Integration and be sure "Integrate with Internet Browsers (Watch for URL clicks)" is checked.

For a .dmg file right(control)-click on the file in Safari and Copy Link to Clipboard then go into iGetter and paste if it doesn't start automatically.
