Every time I click on .Mac tab, in a few seconds appears the iGetter application replacing it, saying that the URL is already in the Queue, and them, after quiting iGetter, the previous tab is back in Safari. This started after 10.3.5 update. It happened once before but was solved after next Software Update from Apple. If I do the same procedure with Explore, Netscape or Omniweb, it does not happen, I can get through it. I would appreciate any help.

Hello Mario,
We checked www.mac.com and found that there is a presentation QuickTime movie file on the main page. If you have included the "mov" extension in the iGetter Integration preferences, iGetter will try to download this file. Movie and audio files are mainly used from QuickTime plug-in and we recommend you to exclude these extensions from the iGetter preferences -> Integration panel.

Regards,
