I cannot figure out how to use the software, as mentioned. I'd love to be able to buy it but only if I can get it to do what I want. I have tried setting my username and password with the Site Manager but it doesn't work. I would hope that it's not necessary to manually enter in every page from which I want to download the jpegs. In "Segments", I continually get a 401 error. However, I supplied my particulars through Site Manager. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Jan,
To set a login info for a particular download. First, pause the download. Double click on it to open its "Item Settings" dialog. Then, choose Advanced tab panel and enter your user info there.

If you use the Site Manager, make sure that you enter the full path for HTTP sites (i.e. for http://www.server.com/path/file.ext you must enter http://www.server.com/path/).

iGetter doesn't ask for a password when it's required (and this is the only particular case), because if an alert box appears and waits for your user name and password this may block the entire queue.
