I've tried but have been unable to download from certain sites. All I get is an index file (index.html) and that is not what I want.

Here is an example of one website url:
http://www.xxx.com/cgi-bin/db/den/12/07c_4Mvpo/

XXX is a stand in for the real name, at the moment.

I've tried your faq & help but there is no similar problem listed.

Does your program even support such url's?

Hello Alli,
To process Web or FTP sites you can use the iGetter "Process Web Page" Tools menu function or the Site Explorer, but if you need to download whole web sites you will need an offline browser.
