Hello Gerd,
The network error reported from iGetter means that your connection to the Internet is broken. If you use a HTTP/HTTPS or FTP Proxy set it at iGetter options, Proxy panel. Make sure that you have enabled iGetter to reach the Internet in your Firewall as well. If the error appears only when you try to download from FTP servers, try to disable "Use passive FTP mode (PASV)" option at iGetter options, Connections panel.

An example URL may help us find if the problem is caused from iGetter or from your network settings.

Thanks,
iGetter Support

In the current version 2.0.1 you should enter HTTP and FTP Proxies with prepended scheme (http:// or ftp://) i.e. http://127.0.0.1. We will fix this in the next versions of iGetter.
