Hello Alan,
Look if you don't have more than one copies of iGetter installed on your machine and remove redundant copies including those located in the trash. Also, look if the Safari browser has loaded the iGetter plug-in (Safari's menu Help -> Installed plug-ins). It's possible also that you have disabled plugins in Safari.

Hello Alan,
It seems that something stops iGetter (insufficient user rights and so on) to copy its browser components to their appropriate places. You can try to copy the iGetter components manually.

1. Quit Safari.
2. Make sure that the "Add Contextual menu support for Internet browsers" and "Integrate with Internet browsers" options are on in the iGetter Preferences, Integration panel.
3. Open your Terminal application (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal) and paste the following line (change the <user> with your login name):

cp -R /Applications/iGetter\ 2.5/iGetter.app/Contents/Resources/iGetter\ Plugin.plugin /Users/<user>/Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins

4. If you wish to have the "Download with iGetter" and "Download all with iGetter" browser's CM functions paste also:

cp -R /Applications/iGetter\ 2.5/iGetter.app/Contents/Resources/iGetterCMPlugIn.plugin /Users/<user>/Library/Contextual\ Menu\ Items

cp - R /Applications/iGetter\ 2.5/iGetter.app/Contents/Resources/iGetterIMBundle /Users/<user>/Library/InputManagers

Now, you should see the iGetter plug-in in the Safari's "Installed plug-ins" and integration with iGetter should work. If not, please let us know.

Thanks,
iGetter Support

What exactly doesn't work for you? Do you see "iGetter Plug-In" listed in Safari's menu Help -> Installed plug-ins?

If you talk about iGetter CM have you installed any third party Safari extension as Saft?

Thanks,
iGetter Support

1. Did you try to switch off and then back on the iGetter "Integrate with Internet browsers" Tools menu function?

2. What other plugins do you see in the following folders:
<Home>/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
<Home>/Library/Contextual Menu Items/
<Home/Library/InputManagers/

3. How many copies of iGetter have you installed?

It seems that you have copied the iGetter (PPC) application folder to your Intel-Mac. If so you need to download the Universal Binary file and install iGetter from it:
http://www.igetter.net/cgi-bin/downloads/iGetter2.5_En.dmg

Then open the iGetter preferences, select the Integration tab, now turn off, confirm and turn back on the following two options:
"Add Contextual menu support for Internet browsers" and "Integrate with Internet browsers (Watch for URL clicks)"
