I will buy the software if I can get it to work!
Once I have paused a download I can't get it to resume, it always jumps back to the beginning. In the help menu it looks straight forward enough. It says all that is required is to press the Start Download button, which I assume is the Start button, which I do, and then watch it jump back to 0%! I have tried many other variations with no success. What am I missing?

Frustrated,
Joseph

Hello Joseph,
Rarely, but there are some servers that don't support resuming (their owners apply such limitation for some reason). You can see if the file is resumable looking at the "Resume" column. If it's written "Yes" you can freely pause and resume the file.

You can try the iGetter download to see how the most servers work:

Thanks support,
I've checked resume and it says NO. I wondered what I was to make of that when I first read down that column. I'll phone the server just to see what the situation is there.
