iGetter never connects to files.

Hi. I purchased a large downloadable file from a company who suggested your program for downloading due to the segmentation allowed by your product. I have tried on 3 different computers to complete the downloads (there are 6) and while iGetter does find the page and the associated downloads, it constantly switches between 'waiting' and 'connecting'. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What error you see when you select the "Segments" tab panel for a download in progress?

Most probably it's an authentication error and you should enter your user info either for each download at Item Settings dialog, Advanced panel or iGetter options, Site Manager.
