I see from the forum that people have good luck using this application. Is there a simple answer as to what a newbie might be doing wrong in his first attempt to download files from rapidshare and gigasize premium. I put in the basic web URL (for rapidshare: per a forum suggestion here) and my premium account info into the Site Manager tab. I drag the URLs from Mac Mail into download folder window in igetter. When I hit Start it quickly downloads movie files, but they are only 5-8 Kb. My first list of 8 files, one of them had volume. Any suggestions as to why some people get this to work, and others can;t?

Hello Paul,
To download from you have to turn on the direct download option available at 'Options' panel of your premium rapidshare account. Then you need to enter the following entries along with your user info in the Site Manager preferences of iGetter:

(note that it's not "" but "")

To see what the error is open some of the finished files in Safari. We don't have a premium rapidshare account, but several users gave successful reports. Generally, for all file sharing services, when an error occurs you have to get a fresh download link from their site since they are expirable session URLs.
