Is there a way to download, say 8gb a month...

Hello Ben,
There isn't such option in iGetter yet, so we added your inquiry in the iGetter wish list. But you can make some calculations and use the iGetter speed limit function which may do a similar job. For example if your connection is 1024 bps DSL (which is 128 KBps), you will download 8 GB for 18~20 hours and wait till the next month without downloading anything. To download no more than 8 GB for one month you should put the iGetter speed limit slider to ~3 KB/s.
