Each time, iGetter says it's not registered...but it is

What governs this behaviour? I have purchased a license, and now each time that I start up iGetter via a download in Firefox, I have to wait around to dismiss the dialog telling me it's unregistered.

If I select register, then click over to Activate and try that, I am informed activation is successful. But later, it just asks again.

Help, it's a major PITA to have this request happen each time iGetter starts.

Please contact us at with your actual iGetter serial number so we can help you activate your copy. Most probably your license file is inactive or locked for writing.
