Trying to do some downloads with iGetter through Firefox and it just won't work. Doesn't matter if I go automatic or manual.

All files show up as 0 of 0KB.

It seems to work on really large downloads, but not smaller ones. Is there a way to disable iGetter for these smaller files?

If your downloads appears in iGetter automatically you can modify the list of download extensions in the iGetter preferences, Integration panel. By default these extensions are: "sit, bin, hqx, zip, gz, tgz, dmg". But since you are using Firefox you can also try to turn off the iGetter "Integrate with Internet browsers" Tools menu option and then install the FlashGot extension for Firefox ( It adds several useful contextual menu commands as well as an option to download the file with iGetter on the Firefox "Save As" dialog.

iGetter downloads small and large files equally well. First you should check if an error appears in the "Segments" tab panel of any problem download. Next see if you have enough free space. We can help you more if you send us a test URL at
