I cannot connect Internet

This is my first use of iGetter but I cannot download a link. Status is always "Broken". I use LAN with proxy. All proxy configurations are well set up and Safari can download very well. Please instruct.... Thanks

Hello Tran,
Just look in the Segments tab panel for the error causing the broken state. Next, search this forum for the error.

If you don't plan to use a modem switch off the 'Test connection status' in the iGetter preferences, Connections panel. Also, you must configure your Internet interface connection as prior from the System Preferences->Network->Active Network ports-> Set first the interface connection that goes to the Internet.
