iGetter works on some downloads, but not others.
I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.11 on a Mac Pro.
When I click download, the URL does into iGetter, but the status goes to "Waiting" and hangs there forever.
When I use my regular download manager on my PC, no problem at all... works like a champ.
Help!!!

Hello Alan,
First you have to look in the iGetter Segments tab panel for the error causing the waiting state. In most cases you need to limit the number of segments to 1 (from the "Item Settings" dialog or through the "Max simultaneous downloads" option at iGetter preferences, General panel).
You may find some useful info in the following threads:

Jack,
What error appears in the iGetter Segments tab panel for some of the waiting segments?
Thanks,
