Sometimes, igetter downloads the file completely, and it's shown in the history as downloaded completely, but eventhough, I can't find the file neither using the search, nor using "Reveal in Finder" in igetter itself, and the option"Reveal in Finder" in igetter is inactive

What's wrong?

First, you may look where the downloaded file should be located in the iGetter "File Info" panel, File property. Next look what total size has this file. It shouldn't be 0. Also, if you have upgraded your Mac OS X system, downloads may not appear through the "Reveal in Finder" function.

If all of your downloaded files disappear mysteriously as you explained, try to change the default download folder at iGetter preferences, General panel. May be you're downloading in a folder that is cleared by some cron script periodically or you don't have enough rights to read this folder. If you download in a System folder the Finder search function will not find any files in that folders by default.

If the problem is reproducible send a bug report here:

Make sure that you don't download on a network drive. If you disconnect that drive you will not be able to use the "Reveal in Finder" function even if you connect it again.
