Currently, most filesharing services require a premium account if you want to use a download manager for their links. We don't have a premium hotfile account, but if you have one and still can't download files from hotfile, you may try this:

1. First enter the following site with your user info in iGetter preferences, Site Manager panel (notice the point before

2. If your hotfile premium area has an Options panel turn on the direct downloads option (i.e has such option).
3. Use only your default browser when you download from hotfile. You can set it at Safari preferences, General Panel -> "Default Web browser". Here you can choose Firefox for example if you use it instead of Safari.
4. When you add a hotfile link use the "Download with iGetter" contextual menu command or click on the link and wait for iGetter to intercept the download. These two functions support session cookies.
5. Install the FlashGot add-on in Firefox ( and then just click on a link. When the Firefox save dialog appears choose iGetter to download the file with iGetter.
