I have been using iGetter for around 5 weeks but have been finding in the last week that it just stops after about two hours of operation and indicates in the Segments tab of the file being downloaded "Internal error"

The only way to resume is to close and restart iGetter and it starts working again straight away.

Has anyone else had this issue?

This is the first report about such error. The error "An internal error occurred." could appear only if a download thread couldn't be started. The error should be followed by transfer details about what has caused the error. iGetter will retry up to "Reconnect after error '#' times" value at iGetter options, Connections panel (which is 70 times by default). Apart from a connection problem, this error may appear for example if the machine has not enough RAM, it has be hibernated, put to sleep or some other operation that controls the RAM or CPU.

Would you please send to us using our support form the following info:
1. iGetter and your Windows versions.
2. One or more URLs for testing.
3. What values you've set for the following options: "Max simultaneous downloads" (see iGetter options, General panel) and "Default number of segments" (see iGetter options, Acceleration panel)?
4. How many RAM you have on your machine?
