I have a strange problem with the i getter 1.7/1.6. I'm useing a very slow modem connection.
and igetter is by far the best download maneger i found exept the problem i have with it:

igtter won't resume *any* uncompleted download if the mac crashed due to power faliure or the macos got stuck. this is really annouying cuase after d/l'ing 67% of a 500 megs file and i decided to download something else so i mark this file *pending* after a few moment there was a power fail.
and when i tried to resume - the d/l started from scrach!!!!!! i lost about 600 megs of dowloads becuse of this problem. (maybe this has got to do with the protced web sites that i d/l from but definatly the link is not broken or outdated\expired like the one i red about in this forum.

i think there is a real bug here.

iGetter has an option named 'Auto save queue every '#' minutes' in General preferences of iGetter. Decreasing the number of minutes will also decrease an eventual lost of downloaded file size.
It is possible also that the servers from which you download not support resuming. Check this in the iGetter queue column 'Resume'. It must be written 'Yes'.
