iGetter doesn't download WeTransfer files correctly

When clicking on the WeTransfer Download button in the Chrome Browser (Windows 10), iGetter intercepts the request correctly, but only downloads a very small file (15.9 KB), rather than the full file. Trying to open the zip file gives a message "The Compressed (zipped) Folder ... is invalid"

I can download it quite happily in IE, which doesn't use iGetter

We don't have a wetransfer plus account, but most filesharing services use cookies for authentication. So, you need to login to the download site (make sure that "Remember me" checkbox is on, if there is such). Don't logout from that site until the download finishes.

It's important how you add download links to iGetter. Drag&drop (or copy&paste) usually works better with filesharing services.

If completed download (that appears in iGetter History list) is very small (less than 1 MB), you can select it in the Windows Explorer and add ".html" at the end of the file name. Then open it in your browser. You will see what error appears there (unavailable file, login error, etc).
