How I can let iGetter automatically decompress my finished downladed sit.- and zip. files?
In Internet Explorer it works without problems.

iGetter 1.7, like its predecessors will NOT automatically decompress any downloaded file despite checking the preferences box. This seems like a bug to me.

iGetter will not automatically decompress because the Browser File Helpers have been changed by the iGetter Plug In to 'view with iGetter plug in'.

For auto decompression, I believe you need to set File Helpers to 'post-process with (relevant) Application' e.g. Stuffit Expander, instead of 'view with Plug-in' - which is what iGetter sets the Browser Prefs to.

The problem is, when one so changes the File Helpers, iGetter no longer integrates with the Browser, and downloads revert to the Browser Download Manager.

This is unacceptable to me.
